Tom has a positive working relationship with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing in mediating these situation once they have been referred to the State agency.
Employee complaints and formal Union Grievances can be managed to successful resolution. Tom can facilitate closure to these issues or act as a management coach to the business's human resources department.
Tom has had over forty years of experience resolving workplace issues in both Union and Non-union environments.
He successfully completed the Mediating the Litigated Case program offered by the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law.
